L'idea nasce dal consueto evento per presentare la release della nuova versione di FLxER, software utilizzato per la realizzazione di performance video realizzate dal vivo.
Per l'occasione, a differenza delle passate presentazioni, abbiamo deciso di invitare i VJ e videoartisti attivi nell'ambito delle Video Live Performances.
L'incontro tra questo progetto nato all'interno di Flyer communication LAB, il laboratorio di ricerca della agenzia di comunicazione Flyer communication, e l'interesse che si è sviluppato intorno all'idea dell'evento (oltre 30 VJ da tutta Europa accompagnati da 10 DJ, 3 sponsor tecnicie) ma soprattutto l'interesse dei media (14 media partner) tematiche legate alle performance video "LIVE", ha permesso la realizzazzione di un progetto in cantiere da tempo, il primo LIVE PERFORMERS MEETING.
La location è il Linux club a roma, spazio ideale per la tecnologia a disposizione e per la filosofia alla base del locale devoto al pinguino (FLxER è gratuito e ovviamente gira su Linux come su MAC e PC).
