Del 4 al 6 de septiembre, la Escuela Gestalt de Diseño y el MUYTE - Museo del Transporte y Exposiciones de Xalapa (Veracruz, México), hospedan la sexta edición de LPM - Live Performers Meeting: encuentro internacional de video performers en vivo, artistas visuales y vj, dedicados a la actuación de video en vivo.

LPM aporta a Xalapa la ultima tendencia del DISEÑO AUDIOVISUAL, atraves de la participación de los exponenetes mas importantes de la cultura del VJING europeo internacional, será pilar y promotor de un evento que incluye: arte, diseño, tecnología, innovacón y evolición.

Una triubu de expertos y apasionados del sector lista realizar un encuenutro en Xalapa para todos los visitantes: dseñadores, apasionados de arte, video y nuevas tecnologías, curiosos o atentos observadores de la nueva tendencia artistica, exploradores de las nuevas fronteras del diseño y el Audivisual, los cuales no pueden perder la posibilidad de pasar tres días de inmersion total en actividad de intercambio, busqueda, ideación y proyectación en ambitos del video en vivo.

LPM ofrece a los visitantes dos dias de inmersión absoluta en actividaes de intercambio, búsqueda, idea y proyectación en el ambito del live visual, en compañiua de artistas, maestros, y expertos en el sector.

Impresindible contar con un escenario de performance, audio y video, realizado por numerosos artistas participantes que llegan desde todo el mundo para ofrecer al publico mexicano una prueba de el trabajo propio,  en una presentación continua de exhibiciónes hechas en vivo.

LPM ofrece a los visitantes una gran fiesta de clausura en nombre del live video, por un evento que no es solamente un encuentro sino tambien un lugar para encontrarse, conocerse y disfrutar!!!

La reciente quinta edición, realizada en Roma en la temporada mayo/junio del 2008, ha registrado la presencia de 257 artistas provenientes de Algeria, Argentina, Austria, Francia, Alemania, Japón, Guatemala, Inglaterra, Italia, Lituania, Polonia, Portugal, España, Suecia, Suiza, Turquía y Ungría. Durante 4 dias, 142 espectáculos han animado mas de 900 metros de espacio del Macello IV - Mattatoio di Testaccio, equipados con 13 proyectores y 13 pantallas gigantes.

Con esta especial edición mexicana, LPM se transfiere por primera vez al otro lado del oceano, para encontrar esa gran parte de la comunidad sudamericana, particularmente atenta al Meeting y participantes de la comunidad FLxER, desde su primeras iniciativas.

El 4 y el 5 de septiembre, los espacios de la Escuela Gestalt de Diseño de Xalapa, hospedan un programa rico en talleres/presentación de proyectos, software y productos de vanguardia, performance audiovisual, espectáculo multimedia y vj set abierto al público.

Los Talleres y la presentación de proyectos tienen lugar en las aulas de la Escuela (área "OFF"). Las actuaciones serán sucesivas en el Auditorio (área "ON"), en el Escenario 1  equipado con tres megapantallas para seguir en espacio abierto de la Terraza equipada también con tres megapantallas.

El 6 de septiembre, el MUYTE - Museo del Transporte y Exposiciones de Xalapa hospedará la noche de clausura del Evento, al final de la cual los DJ set alternaran a los VJ clash con los visuales de los tantos vj que se exhibirán libremente en las consolas de video puestas a disposición.

LPM representa un lugar de encuentro "real", un espacio "físico", una ocasión directa de dialogo y debate por vj, artistas visuales, live video performers y apasionados del sector acostumbrados a conocerse encontrarse, comunicar e interaccionar en un espacio "virtual" de la red.

La experimentación es un pilar de la ideología de LPM, razón por la cual todos los fondos recuperados de la LPM son destinados a buscar las tecnologias mas deseadas e inovadoras sosteniendo al evento y a la actividad de búsqueda en el ámbito live visual.

La afinidad en los ideales y la raíz ideológica común permitieron que LPM entrara a ser parte el año pasado del AVIT network, la cual tiene como fin la valorización y promoción de la cultura del veejaying atraves de la organización de eventos a nivel mundial. Despues de los primeros festivales ingleses, AVIT promovió la creación de un network internacional, estableciendo colaboraciones en Alemania (AVIT Berlin) en Francia (AVIT Francia) y con LPM también en Italia. Una colaboración la del "network" y del "meeting" permitida de una cultura común y de una fuerte afinidad de ánimo e intento.

LPM no es un festival, es una ocasión para encontrarse y dar un sabor de lo que se está haciendo o mejor de lo que se quisiera hacer. Por este motivo y para dar la posibilidad de presentar todas las performance de interesantes propuestas, el límite máximo de duración de cada performance es de 30 minutos.

Para los artistas que quieren presentar durante el encuentro su propio trabajo, proyectos o actuaciones la inscripción es gratuita y abierta hasta el 30 de julio del 2008 15 de agosto del 2008, se ofrece la posibilidad de hospedaje gratuito.

Para los visitantes que acceden a todas las actividades del encuentro: Talleres, performance y presentaciòn de proyecto (4 y 5 de septiembre) y/o participar en la fiesta final de clausura la inscripción prevee una cuota de recuperación.

Para los artistas y visitantes es posible inscribirse desde hoy siguiendo la modalidad de inscripción presente en la seccion "participate " en el sitio de internet.

LPM brings to xalapa the latest trends of AUDIOVISUAL DESIGN, trouhgt the partecipation of the most important representative of european and international veejaying culture, archetype and promoter of a movement that includes: art, design, technology, experimentation, innovation, evolution.

A tribe of professionist and passionate ready to meet in Xalapa all that visitors: designers, passionates of arts, video and new technology, curious people or careful observers of the new artistic trends, explorers of the new frontiers of the design and the audiovisual that can't miss the chance to spend three full immersion days with exchange activities, research, conception and planning in the field of live visual.

Visitors can learn and delve into all the theoric-practical aspects connected to this innovative field of the audiovisual design, taking part to open encounters, workshops and showcases of cutting edge projects and products.

Not-to-be-missed the scenery of audiovideo live performances created by the many artists arriving from all over the world to offer to the mexican audience a sample of their own work coming one after the other.

During four whole days, 142 show and performances brought to new life the over 900 square meters of Macello IV - Mattatoio di Testaccio, set up with 13 projectors and mega-screens.

The night is charachterized by many audio video performances which follow one each other and ends with the Dj sets and the Vj Clash, with the visuals of the vjs that will interchange their performance on the available video consolles.

With this special mexican edition, LPM moves over the ocean for its first time to meet that broad part of south-american community, who has always followed the Meeting and the FLxER community since its first inititatives.

On 4th and 5th september, the Escuela Gestalt de Diseño of Xalapa hosts a full schedule of workshops/showcases of projects, softwares and cutting edge products, audio visual performances, multimedia live shows and vjsets open to the audience.

The workshops and the showcases will take place in the Classroom of the Escuela (“OFF” Area). The performances come one after the other in the Auditorium (“ON” Area), on the Stage 1 set up with 3 mega-screens, and keep on in the suggestive open-air space in the Terrace, set up too with an independent video system and three mega-screens.

The MUTYE - Museo del Transporte y Exposiciones di Xalapa will host on 6th september the closing night of the event. At the end of the performances will start the DJ sets that will create the sonic texture for the Vj clash, non competitive challenge among the visuals of the many vjs attending to the Meeting.

LPM represents a place of "real" encounter, a "physical"space, a direct chance of dialogue and comparison for artists and passionate of arts and digital technologies who usually meet, communicate and interact in the "virtual" space of the net.

The experimentation is one of the founding element of LPM ideology, for this reason allthe founds saved from the Meeting are invested in the most innovative technologies to support the Event and to enhance the research activity in the live visual field.

Last year LPM took part in the AVITNetwork, sharing the same ideologies and roots. The activity of AVIT is focused on the enhancement and promotion of veejaying culture, trought the organization of worldwide events. After the first english festivals, AVIT promoted the creation of an international network, establishing collaborations in Germany (AVIT Berlin), in France (AVIT France) and also in Italy with LPM. This partnership between "network" and "meeting" has been possible thanks to the common cultural background and to astrong affinity in intents and spirit.

LPM is not a festival, but it is a chance to get in touch with artists from all over the world and to showcase your own project or, even better, a work in progress. Our aim is to give the right space to all the performances, that's why each intervention should take not more then 30 minutes.

For the performers/exhibitors who want to present their work, project or performance during the Meeting the subscription is FREE and it's open until 31th July 2008 15th August 2008. Besides is foreseen the possibility of free accomodation for the performing artists.

For the visitors who want to access to all the acitivities of the Meeting: workshops and showcases (4th and 5th sept.) and/or partecipate to the final Party (6th Sept.) the subscription foresees a fee.

LPM porta a Xalapa le ultime tendenze del DESIGN AUDIOVISIVO, attraverso la partecipazione dei più importanti esponenti della cultura del veejaying europeo e internazionale, capostipiti e promotori di un movimento che racchiude in sé: arte, design, tecnologia, sperimentazione, innovazione, evoluzione.

Una tribù di esperti e appassionati del settore pronta ad incontrare a Xalapa tutti quei visitatori: designer, appassionati d'arte, video e nuove tecnologie, curiosi o attenti osservatori delle nuove tendenze artistiche, esploratori delle nuove frontiere del design e dell'audiovisivo, cui non sfugge l'occasione di trascorrere tre giornate di full immersion in attività di scambio, ricerca, ideazione e progettazione in ambito live visual.

LPM offre ai visitatori la possibilità di conoscere, apprendere e approfondire tutti gli aspetti teorico- pratici legati a questo innovativo settore del design audiovisivo, partecipando a tavole rotonde, workshop e showcase di progetti e prodotti all'avanguardia.

Imperdibile lo scenario di performance audio videorealizzate dai numerosi artisti partecipanti, giunti da tutto il mondo per offrire al pubblico messicano un assaggio del proprio lavoro in un susseguirsi serrato di esibizioni eseguite dal vivo.

Video, musica e connubi sperimentali tra le più varie forme d'espressione artistica tradizionali o innovative (writing, grafica, danza, teatro, cucina, ecc.), e un grande Party conclusivo, per un evento che è non solo Meeting, ma anche un luogo per incontrarsi, conoscersi e divertirsi!!

Il 4 e il 5 settembre, sono gli spazi della Escuela Gestalt de Diseño di Xalapa ad ospitare LPM, con un programma come sempre ricco di workshop/showcase di progetti, software e prodotti all'avanguardia, performance audiovisuali, spettacoli multimediali e vj set aperti al pubblico.

I workshop e gli showcase hanno luogo nelle Aule della Scuola (area"OFF"). Le performance si susseguono nell'Auditorium (area"ON"), sullo Stage 1 allestito con 3 mega-schermi, per proseguire nel suggestivo spazio open-air della Terrazza, dotato anch'esso d'impianto video indipendente con tre mega-schermi.

Il 6 settembre, sono gli spazi del MUTYE - Museo del Transporte y Exposiciones di Xalapa ad ospitare la serata conclusiva dell'Evento, al termine della quale i Dj set accompagnano il VJ clash coni visuals dei tanti vj che si esibiscono alternandosi liberamente alle consolle video messe a disposizione.

LPM rappresenta un luogo d'incontro "reale", uno spazio "fisico", un'occasione diretta di dialogo e confronto per veejay, artistivisuali, live video performers e appassionati del settore, abituati a conoscersi, incontrarsi, comunicare ed interagire nello spazio "virtuale" della rete.

La sperimentazione è uno dei capisaldi della propria ideologia, ragione per cui tutti i fondi recuperati sono destinati al reperimento delle tecnologie più ambite ed innovative a sostegno dell'Evento e dell'attività di ricerca in ambito live visual.

L'affinità d'ideali e le radici ideologiche comuni, hanno fatto si che LPM sia entrato a far parte lo scorso anno dell'AVITnetwork, la cui attività è finalizzata alla valorizzazione e promozione della cultura del veejaying attraversol'organizzazione di eventi a livello mondiale. Dopo i primi festival inglesi, AVIT ha promosso la creazione di un network internazionale, stabilendo collaborazioni in Germania (AVIT Berlin), in Francia (AVIT France) e con LPM anche in Italia. Una partnership quella tra "network" e "meeting" resa possibile da un comune background culturale e da una forte affinità d'animo e d'intenti.

LPM non è un festival, ma un'occasione per incontrasi e dare un assaggio di quello che si sta facendo o ancora meglio, si vorrebbe fare. Per questo motivo e per dare la possibilità di presentare le tante perfomance interessanti proposte, il limite massimo di durata di ogni intervento è di 30 minuti.

Per i performers/exibitors, che intendono presentare durante Meeting il proprio lavoro, progetto o performance, l'iscrizione è GRATUITA ed è aperta fino al 30 luglio 2008 15 agosto 2008. E' prevista inoltre, la possibilità di alloggio gratuito.

LPM sprowadza do Xalapy ostatnie trendy DESIGN'U AUDIOWIZUALNEGO, dzieje się tak poprzez uczestnictwo najważniejszych przedstawicieli europejskiej i międzynarodowej kultury VJ'ingu, archetypów i propagatorów ruchu obejmującego: sztukę, design, technologie, eksperymentowanie, nowatorstwo, rozwój.

Zespół profesjonalistów i pasjonatów jest gotowy i chętny na spotkanie się w Xalapie z jego gośćmi: designerami, pasjonatami sztuki, video i nowych technologii, ciekawymi osobowościami czy uważnymi obserwatorami trendów artystycznych, odkrywacami nowych granic design'u i sztuk audiowizualnych, którzy nie mogą przegapić szansy spędzenia trzech pochłaniających dni na wymianie aktywności, badań, koncepcji, planów w dziedzinie live visuals.

Goście Meetingu mogą uczyć się i przebierać w teoretyczno-praktycznych aspektach związanych z innowacyjną dziedziną designu audiowizualnego, biorąc udział w otwartych spotkaniach, warsztatach i prezentacjach projektów i produktów będących krzykiem techniki.

Nie do przegapienia jest sceneria performanców audiowizualnych na żywo (następujących jeden po drugim) stworzona przez wielu artystów przybywających z całego świata, oferującej meksykańskiej publiczności próbkę ich pracy artystycznej.

Piąta edycja, zorganizowana ostatnio w Rzymie na przełomie maja i czerwca 2008, zarejestrowała obecność 257 artystów z Algierii, Argentyny, Austrii, Francji, Niemiec, Japonii, Gwatemali, Wielkiej Brytanii, Włoch, Litwy, Polski, Portugalii, Hiszpanii, Szwecji, Szwajcarii, Turcji, Węgier.

Podczas czterech dni, 142 występy i performance zamieniły powierzchnię 900 metrów kwadratowych Macello IV - Mattatoio di Testaccio w specjalnie na to wydarzenie nowo stworzoną przestrzeń wyposażoną w 13 projektorów i wielkich ekranów.

Każdą noc charakteryzują występy audio-wizualne następujące kolejno po sobie zakończone setami DJ'skimi wraz z VJ Clash, z wizualizacjami VJ'ów, którzy będą mogli naprzemiennie korzystać z dostępnych konsoli video.

Z tą wyjątkową meksykańską edycją, LPM po raz 1wszy przenosi się za ocean, aby spotkać część południowo-amerykańskiej społeczności, która zawsze śledziła poczynania FLxER community i Meetingu od ich 1wszych inicjatyw.

4 i 5 września, Escuela Gestalt de Diseño w Xalapie będzie gospodarzem pełnego programu warsztatów/prezentacji projektów, oprogramowania, produktów, performanców audio-wizualnych, live multimedia show i setów VJ'skich otwartych dla publiczności.

Warsztaty i prezentacje odbędą się w godz: 11:00 - 16:00 w studiach Szkoły (strefa "OFF"), a performance, jeden po drugim, w godz: 14:00 - 22:00 będą miały miejsce na Scenie 1 oraz w Audytorium (strefa "ON"), z 3 obszernymi ekranami, a kontynuowane będą w przestrzeni open-air na Tarasie o niezależnym systemie video zawierającym 3 kolejne wielkie ekrany.

6 września, w MUTYE - Museo del Transporte y Exposiciones w Xalapie, odbędzie się ostatni dzień wydarzenia. Po zakończeniu performanców rozpoczną się sety DJ'skie będące muzycznym podłożem dla VJ clashu, niekonkurencyjnej próby sił pośród wizualizacji wielu VJ'ów uczestniczących w Meetingu.

LPM reprezentuje miejsce "rzeczywistego" spotkania, przestrzeń "fizyczną", bezpośrednią możliwość dialogu i porównania dla artystów pasjonujących się sztuką i technologiami cyfrowymi, komunikujących się zazwyczaj i współdziałających w "wirtualnym" świecie.

Eksperymentowanie to jedno z podstawowych elementów dla ideologii LPM, z tego powodu wszystkie fundusze otrzymane z Meetingu inwestowane są w najbardziej nowatorskie technologie, wspierające wydarzenie oraz dla ulepszenia badań i działań na polu live visuals.

Zeszłego roku LPM wziął udział w AVIT Network, dzieląc podobne ideologie i ich korzenie. Działalność AVIT jest skupiona na powiększaniu i promowaniu kultury VJingu, poprzez stały kontakt z aktywnymi organizacjami na całym świecie. Po pierwszych festiwalach w Anglii, AVIT wypromował świat międzynarodowej sieci, zakładając współpracę w Niemczech (AVIT Berlin), Francji (AVIT France) oraz we Włoszech z LPM. Ta współpraca pomiędzy "network" a "meeting" była możliwa dzięki wspólnemu podłożu kulturalnemu i silnemu podobieństwu charakteru pracy i zamiarów.

LPM to nie festiwal, ale możliwość zdobycia kontaktu z artystami z całego świata, wystawienia swoich projektów, a nawet prac niezakończonych, będących wciąż w przygotowaniu. Naszym zamiarem jest ofiarowanie takiej samej przestrzeni na performance dla wszystkich artystów, dlatego każdy z występów powinien trwać nie dlużej niż 30 minut.

Dla performerów/wystawców, chcących zaprezentować swoją pracę, projekt czy performance podczas Meetingu, zapisy są DARMOWE, przyjmowane do dnia 30 Lipca 2008 15 AU 2008. Ponadto przewidziana jest możliwość darmowego zakwaterowania dla występujących artystów.

Dla gości/odwiedzających, chcących uzyskać dostęp do wszystkich aktywności Meetingu jak warsztaty czy prezentacje ( 4 i 5 września) i/lub pragnących wziąć udział\; w końcowym przyjęciu ostatniej nocy ( 6 września ) subskrypcja przewiduje opłatę wstępu.
