LPM - Live Performers Meeting
The LPM project was born in 2004 with the aim to answer to the need for creating a space-temporal referential field where to meet, know each other and share vjing related experiences. Nowadays LPM is an international meeting dedicated to artists, professionals and passionates of veejaying, visual and live video performance.

FOURTH EDITION

LPM has closed with resounding success, the doors of this fourth edition, expanded in space, duration and content.

In the opening day, the 2007/2008 Visual Art Season Preview, was the first big news of this edition. The protagonists are the previews of the 2007/2008 season, dedicated to the visuals of important international reference Club: VJ sets by DDG Brancaleone, VJ _Underscore for MAFFIA, Pintaycolorea and sheFrame for Goa, VJ SAD for the Cross Club in Prague, vj Paki for Panta Rei Capri.

A space has been destinatedto some LPM network's events, with the presence of the Share Festival in Turin and Luigi Pagliarini of the Peam in Pescara.

Each of the three following days, was characterized by A/V performances and Vjsets, performed in three different musical contexts: Electronic, Breaks, Hip-Hop.

For the Electronic Session: Le Collagiste (France) with a workshop on the midi controller Codanova; Video Theatre by Dan Basu (Romania); the famous = ff = Berlin, with their Visual Narrative Ego Performance created specifically to LPM 07; Phag Off, irreverent roman queer party organized by the Warbear, Nikky, Infidel; the berliners Spaceinvaders with their A/V performance The Return of Spece Invaders-post retro pixel funk.

For the Breaks session: the workshop PureData; the presentation of the evolution of English AVIT network, with the partecipation of Visual Berlin (AVIT Berlin), Neologos (AVIT Paris), Todd Thill (AVIT Istanbul) and Toby Spark (founder of AVIT, from England); Croix Mapping by the italians McFly and DJ Faso, A/V performance based on the mapping of architectural buildings and/or geometric structures; StudioAira from Rome, with the vjset Blandshape, aimed at finding common aesthetic lines between artificial and natural.

The Hip-Hop has characterized the closing day, with the presence of important VJ, DJ and Writer: Meta2, considered one of the best VJ and writer in the world; Cool_79 from the scene of writing and graphics; the PLOTTERFLUx with their live performance Photowriting, fusion of music, video and paint, with the alteration of the concept of surface and change of the viewer synesthetic perceptions; to the turntables and microphones, the Sanobusinnes; Dj Baro of Colle der Fomento, The Reverse, founders of turntablism, Dj Gengis and DJ Drugo of 4Pieces; the Gastronauts, devoted to LPM, with their incredible VJ/Dj/Food set, a mix of cooking, video and music.
